Office clerical duties required. The candidate must be extremely confidential, professional, courteous, a good listener, focused, action oriented, possess EXCEPTIONAL computer skills and be willing to work in varying temperatures (Production) doing work studies.

Provide clerical support to Director of Operations; and when required, the Executive Leadership Team, Local Leadership Team, and all visitors. Create presentations and spreadsheets, compile and maintain records, reports, phone directories, org charts, calendars, and rosters. Walk facility/Review standard operating procedures/Spend time within various departments Exude effective precise, correct, effective oral and written communication to all levels of TMs within the plant. Prepare, email and post clear details on plant activities, events and announcements to keep all informed. Purchase office supplies, equipment and furniture. Order breakroom coffee supplies.
Work with current and additional vendors getting quotes, requesting POs, receiving invoices, reconciling outstanding receipts, and submit personal expense reports on time, monthly. Manage breakroom markets, act as liaison for vendor and TMs. Arrange travel for TMs, Supervisors and Managers, assist with expense reports when needed.

Coordinate all candidate travel including reservations, interview scheduling, process travel invoices and candidate reimbursements.
Streamline business administration by creating or improving processes to enhance office operations. Maintain organization of office and storage spaces. Lead plant events such as employee logo sales, Pink Out Day, and others that fall under Community Relations.
Maintain bulletin boards, photos, post photos and media articles of recent activities and events to strengthen pride in the workplace. Maintain updated information on all facility electronic devices. Participate in community events and meetings. Track volunteer hours and hold appreciation events to encourage further volunteerism. Work with scholarship programs. Work with Corp Office on PR for local facility. Maintain history of all local facility/community events via media coverage.
Assures highest standard of communication comes from the Denison facility.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management or related field preferred.
5+ years’ experience in office administration; preferably in food manufacturing.
Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and follow up.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; stay focused and be tasked oriented.
Excellent knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling style, etc. Must show initiative and must be able to perform with minimal supervision. Build and sustain work partnerships with Corp, Vendors and Community Liaisons – acts as the “go to” for most facility matters.
Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, including effective email communication. Maintain confidential matters and handle sensitive information in a professional manner. Must project a positive and professional image.
Be able to assess situations, make decisions within scope of job in a timely manner.
