Job Summary

The Assembly Associate helps build and assemble products such as windows, doors, and other components. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-moving production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fasten parts using hand tools and basic equipment

• Place components in correct positions

• Measure and cut materials when needed

• Inspect and remove defective products

• Operate machines for fitting and fastening

• Rotate between workstations during production

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace

• Follow all safety and PPE guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to read simple instructions and use a tape measure

• Basic math skills

• Ability to follow verbal and written directions

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs, occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
