Location: 100% on-site, Gainesville TX

Job Description:
The Controller Plant Manager effectively manages and operates the Company’s organization of accounting systems and procedures, providing accurate financial information while ensuring an acceptable financial situation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
A summary of the essential functions of the position includes but are not limited to the following:

Finance Department Operations:
❖ Provide overall direction to the accounts receivable and payable functions.
❖ Oversee the timely and accurate processing of the payroll, and associated tax filings.
❖ Develop, implement, and monitor all general accounting policies.
❖ Develop the Company budget along with Operation’s management team and provide on-going budget analysis and recommendations.
❖ Oversee general ledger, including ensuring balance sheet items are reconciled and reviewed.
❖ Establish internal control procedures and improvements to the accounting system.
❖ Timely and accurate reporting of financial results to corporate and local management.
❖ Cooperate with external auditors on year-end close.
❖ Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
❖ Directly supervise accounting department teammates.

Minimum Requirements:
❖ B.A. /B.S. degree in Accounting.
❖ Strong personal computer skills especially in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
❖ Minimum 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
❖ Prior supervisory experience of multiple accounting functions required

Compensation:
Base Salary – $90K to $120K
