Location: On-Site, Sherman TX
Pay Rate: up to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience.

About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience.
A key part of this position involves using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level to manage customer data, track service requests, and generate reports to help improve our service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our system.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets, track customer interactions, and prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude toward customers.
