Snelling Staffing is hiring an experienced Welder/Assembler for a well-established manufacturing company in Denison, TX. This role supports the fabrication of ventilation products in a small warehouse environment. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled welder who takes pride in clean, precise work across a variety of materials. The ideal Candidate has experience in fabrication and/or farm welding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding.
• Work with a range of metals including:
• Stainless steel
• Aluminum
• Follow technical specifications and shop drawings.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with all safety guidelines.
• Work with a variety of hand tools
• Be a team player and work well with others

Required Experience:

• Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Comfortable welding stainless, aluminum, and galvanized steel
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions accurately
• Ability to do other duties as assigned throughout the shop

Preferred:

• Forklift experience is a plus
