We are hiring for a Machine Operator job with steady full-time hours in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating metal and wire-processing equipment used in industrial and agricultural applications. About This Machine Operator Job in Texas
Machine Operators in this facility help manufacture wire-based products used in storage systems, logistics, fencing, agricultural panels, and other industrial applications. You will operate machines such as wire straighteners, cutters, mesh welders, resistance welders, roll formers, and punch presses while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Pay: Starting at $17.25/hour + shift differential where applicable.
Schedule: Full-time, 1st and 2nd shift openings.
Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, paid holidays after conversion.
Essential Duties

Operate wire straightening and cutting machines

Assist with wire mesh welders, resistance welders, and roll formers

Run punch presses and metal-forming equipment

Inspect parts, verify quality, and maintain accuracy

Follow production instructions and safety guidelines

Maintain machine area cleanliness and organization

Assist with basic troubleshooting and adjustments

Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Factory or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movement for entire shift

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Willingness to learn multiple types of machinery
Physical Requirements

Ability to climb, bend, reach, and move throughout the production floor

Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment

Must follow all safety procedures at all times
