Maintenance Tech 2nd shift
Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4×10s), overtime as needed

Pay: $28 + DOE/hour starting wage
Essential Duties

Maintain, repair, and improve machinery used in industrial wire and metal product manufacturing

Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems

Replace worn or damaged components such as cylinders, valves, actuators, switches, bearings, and relays

Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability

Perform shop maintenance including dies, guides, electrodes, and cylinders
-
Follow established preventive maintenance schedules

Document work performed and communicate equipment status to supervisors

Adhere to all workplace safety rules and OSHA standards

Work independently and as part of a maintenance team
Qualifications
-
High School diploma required; technical school training preferred

2–3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred

Ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment

Ability to read schematics, drawings, and equipment documentation

Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, and repetitive movement for the entire shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving machinery
