Job Summary

Seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes and enhancing operational efficiency, while ensuring product quality. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive production standards, and provide recommendations regarding efficiency and quality improvements

Core Responsibilities

 1.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform production strategies, troubleshoot potential technical challenges, and implement best practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.

2.      Review product quality for accuracy, correcting any potential inefficiencies with the appropriate teams, and recommend changes to streamline the manufacturing process.

3.      Supervise and train production staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.

4.      Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

5.      Supervising about 40 production associates.
